It sounds african. But i'm not an expert. But my grandpa is so i know a little bit. Sounds african to me, but from your avatar, you don't like like you have any african heritage. But that is my guess.Good Luck.

I know some Mexican and French people how have that last name, but most Mexican.....And there are blonde hair blue eyed mexican....look on your birth cert it has to say there or at less give you a little hit
