you can look  on the internet under  " reverse phone number lookup" or just call the operator and ask where the area code is from...

I couldn't find 588 on a list of area codes. Maybe it's a creditor or telemarketer?

lists it as Personal Services, whatever that means. You can't read it unless tiy right click and select "copy"
