Where is this picture from? [Might be a magazine]?

I found this image on a imageboard for wallpapers:

I noticed on the top it says something along the lines of, 'VICE'. I just assume it might be the cover of a magazine because the corner says FREE, Vol. 15. I don't know what it says next to that.
