Where is this place? I need the answer ASAP please :-(...?

Where is this place? I don't know if it is in Nice or Monaco, but I know it lies near these two places. It is a sort of Roman ruins of a huge palace or something it has sort of pillars on the top. It stands beside this church as I can remember.
