  1. wally's house is in verdanturf town. the one with the sign that says wanda's house. he's not there after you beat the 5th gym. when you get to victory road, he's there and you have to battle him(he has lvl 40-45 pokemon). after you beat the elite 4 you can battle him again at various times at the end of victory road.
