The place that probably is open to organic farming more than any other is probably East Timur.  They produce a lot of organic coffee.  

Of course the main reason for it is that most farmers there did not have access to chemical fertilizers for decades.

The best opportunity is a local market with either a number of products for that market of a niche market that supplies a demand not met. Larger wholesale markets have a hard time paying what you need for your work and longer shipping distances reduces your crop quality before it gets to the consumer.
