Definitely Philippines.  I also spent a lot of time in the caribbean, the Philippines is way better.

Mactan.  It really is a beautiful island, surrounded by water and more than its share of shiny weather.

Been to Jamaica.....and most of the rest of the caribbean.....No comparison..... traveled around the world.....  the Philippines wins hands down
