it is on your right side directly parallel w/ your belly button, if your having pain,fever and vomiting you need to go to the e.r. b/c it could rupture and could possibly be deadly if you do not take this seriously. i just recently had mine taken out and it is no walk in the park. do not 2nd guess your self go to the dr. now .
