umm.. i had always thought that for girls, the sensitive spots are typically are, inner thighs (upper area), behind the ears, lower lips, navel and neck.

My sensitive area is behind ears and neck

You know, I'd have to say neck...I haven't had s*x, so I don't know if that's outdone by, ahem, any lower regions, but I just LOVE being kissed/caressed on the neck.
