Where kind I find an information about turning a company green?

I have been tasked with turning a small (400 Employee) manufactucaturer green. Does anyone know of a website or organization that can get me information on this? Any advice would be appreciated.

You can go to the USGBC website: http://www.usgbc.org and go to Rating Systems, then LEED-EB.  Look up the LEED requirements for Existing Buildings.  

You can go for a certification by meeting all the requirements set forth by the council - changing bulbs, verification of energy systems, set up central recycling, etc.

I am not sure what the exact requirements are for existing buildings- I am currently involved in the LEED portion of New Construction/Large Renovations.

This website should point you in the right direction of how you can go about greening your building.
