Where on earth is the safest place to live.?

That would depend on what you want to be safe from;  natural disasters, nuclear war, coastal flooding due to melting of glaciers, air pollution.  You can never be 100% safe from every possible eventuality.  Since I have lived most of my life on the Great Plains of the US, and my closest brush with a tornado was in eastern Tennessee, I would say the Great Plains might be one of the safest places.

If you do a search for safest place on Earth, you will get different answers based on different criteria.

Safe from what?  War?  Earthquake?  Hurricane?  Flood?  Landslide?  Disease?  Accident?  Thirst?  Hunger?  Freezing?

There ain't no such place.
