Where on earth would you have to go for orion to pass directly overhead?

  1. Orion takes up a fairly large portion of the sky, however, the celestial equator runs right through the northwestern most star in his belt.  Anywhere within a handful of degrees of the equator would have at least some part of Orion directly overhead at some point in time (keep in mind, the earth is always spinning, so he would still move 15 degrees to the west every hour.)
