I am looking for a quality affordable priced hakama online. I am an aidoka student and want to go as traditional as possible.

I do understand you "ecoonic" reasoning.  Unless you are planning to train for a shorter period of time, there are many online stores that sells hakama that meets your financial criteria.  

However, please note that buying such item is not a wise investment as over the course of short period  time, the fabric will fade and tear apart.

E-bogu has quite a variety of hakama and all of good quality. I have had good results with products, including hakama, purchased from them.
