Where on my computer can I find the TV Programs that I have recorded through Windows Media Center?

I am trying to convert the files into a smaller size so I can burn them, but I can't find the location of the files that the Windows Media Center has recorded off of my television. is this possible?

  1. It is in Users\Public\Recorded TV

    Media center already provides the option to burn a DVD of a recorded program
