Where on my road bike can i find the frame size?

There should be a sticker on the seat tube.  You could measure it from the center of the pedal crank to the top of the frame where the seat connects.  Just measure the frame and not any part of the seat tube.

there is usually a decal on the seat-tube, right above the bottom-bracket. alternately, check your down-tube, same location. if the decal is gone, contact your bike's manufacturer with the serial number, found on bottom side of bottom-bracket..
