Where on the internet can I watch the olympics?

I know NBC has them, but they have a strict rule that Canadians can't see them (I'm Canadian). I TRIED CBC BUT THEY ONLY HAVE HIGHLIGHTS. Where could I watch them. OR, if they have recaps or replays (whatever you want to call them), what time would they be. I live in the eastern time zone and I want to see this specific match, doesn't have to be live.
