Where on the net can I go for someone to draw me graffiti for a tattoo?

I wouldn't have a person on the web do it. I'd go to a tattoo shop and have someone there (that knows tat's, knows how to make it look right on the area you want to get it) draw it up for you.

They do that all the time. You may go in and show them the place you want to get the tat and tell them what you are looking for...

They will probably ask you to come back in a day or so, to give them time to work on it. If you know anyone that has a bad a$$ tat,ask them where they got it and go there!
