Where online can I buy a pull out shower head from out of the country?

New to this site. My previous question was apparently too vague. Pull out shower heads (similar to kitchen pull out faucets) pull out from the wall cavity. They look like a traditional shower head when not pulled out; but becomes a hand held shower when pulled out. The idea is that there isn't an ugly hose in the shower except when in use. I believe they are not code allowed in US because of risk of water in wall cavity (mold potential). I don't care about code for this case. I hear they exist in Europe but haven't had luck at plumbing supply stores. Advice on how to convert a traditional hand held into this set up would also be welcomed. The mounting at the wall is where I can't figure out an attractive and functioning solution.

Considering the variety of plastic, reinforced plastic, and metalized hoses available as well as all metal swing out arms that go way beyond ugly and the almost certainty that the hose connection will leak and the tricky stuff inside the wall to make the connection and the lack of insurance when it does leak and you are not code compliant and the trouble you will have selling a non-code plumbing setup

I would say you are going to a great deal of trouble to solve a non-problem - showers don't look beautiful in the majority of cases and if yours is so wonderful, why don't you build a covered slot to conceal the hose?
