Where online can I find a rainfall map & a map of US nuclear power plants so we can stay away from them ? ?

I'm looking to buy land to build alternative housing on the west coast & possibly AZ. Also need to know where it is legal to build alternative housing/ zoning laws etc. CA, ORegon & AZ

  1. I can only help with the rainfall and not online, either. The 1941 USDA Yearbook on Agriculture has detailed maps on rainfall and other climatological factors. My wife and I used it to find a general location in which to retire. Now, all we need is the place.
