  1. Call the county (maybe city) government.  Look in the blue pages under "Landlord/ Tenant affairs" - or something like that, for the number.  Maybe the county (city) website would have the info but a call is probably easier.


  2. KRS are the Kentucky Revised Statutes that spell out the limits.  Or call the city Planning and Zoning Dept and they will tell you over the phone. /

  3. Generally, it's two persons (any age) per bedroom. Actual bedrooms, not dining room conversions.

    The other restriction may be to non-related groups of people.
