The only way would be if the state were willing to provide that information to you, which I am (almost) certain they will not.

The problem is that there are literally tens of thousands of individual workers comp insurance policies filed in Missouri written by hundred (or thousands) of insurance companies.  Many of these policies are on a calendar year basis, but many are on a different 12 month period.

The 3rd party insurance companies will not provide you with this information either since you are not their customer (the business purchasing the workers compensation insurance is).
