Where -or- how can I get NASTRAN/PATRAN education?

Question

I am a senior in an engineering college and I am looking into FEA (Finite Element Analysis). My college does not offer classes that use NASTRAN/PATRAN programs. I have looked online and found classes that charge an arm an a leg. Is there any other way to learn these programs with out shelling out big bucks?
