Where or how do you turn off the pop-up blocker?

There are a couple of places your pop-up blocker might be running. In Internet Explorer, you can turn it off by selecting Tools from the Menu Bar, and then clicking on Pop-up Blocker Off. If you are running a firewall program (like Norton Internet Security or McAfee -- check the bottom right corner in the system tray for security software), most of these also have a pop-up blocker. You'll have to open that software (dbl-click the icon in the system tray). Then you can look in your security software's interface or help area for pop-up blocker. Hope this helps.
