Where or who has a government grant address that I can write to that you have had success from them?

I am trying to write to a government grant place to get a grant I am trying to pay for bills that I am helping take care for my brother and I who is in a wheel chair and I would love to try to get a grant from them to help me out with the bills and I am trying to go to school as well so it would be great if someone has an address I can write to and hopefully get a grant to help me out with the bills and getting into school someone please help me out I would like an address instead of trying to apply again for that grant
