A bike store perhaps.  There usually in any town is a sport store that would most likely have bicycles.

The question is, why do you need a big bike? Are you going to do down hill in the Alps? Or are you going to ride around town and go for tours? Because if so a "smaller" lighter bike will much likely be much more enjoyable.

You shouldn't  ride a "Big Bike" unless you are comfortable riding it.

Can you be more specific as to what you mean by a big bike?  Are you talking about an bigger than normal frame, or something else?

You can buy highwheelers with a 52" wheel (though depends on your leg length what you can actually ride).
