I will be in Ireland from the 28th of December. Any idea as to where I can celebrate New Year's eve in Ireland? Prefably the area around Cork.

Happy Holidays (in advance) everyone! ^^

  1. I'm sure you will be fine once you get there and ask around. The people are very cordial and friendly and will help you with anything you may need.

  2. Happy holidays to you too. As I live in Dublin, I can only recommend places like Temple Bar in Dublin. I don't know Cork at all. Some places will need tickets for new years eve. Go onto tourism website. Try www.visitcork.com

  3. If you are looking for more of a traditional Ireland night out I would suggest any Pub that is not "Americanized".  I spent a great deal of time in Killarney and found some of the best places to sit and talk and relax was with the older crowd. They are more friendly and more excited to share stories and songs and dance and play music.
