Where should I celebrate my 21st?!?

I am turning 21 in a few days and I'm planning on celebrating with a few close friends of mine who are all 21. I was thinking about the bars on Rush and Division but I don't know what kind of crowd they attract or how close the bars are in relation to the next.

Any suggestions would be helpful!

Rush street would be a great place to celebrate your 21st. Have a couple of drinks there, and then head on over to Navy Pier or do a little shopping on Michigan Ave.

If you feel like going out of town and have some money, you and your friends can go to Las Vegas. But if you don't want to go out of state to gamble, you can always go down to Joliet and they have a casino called Harrahs Casino and Hotel.

Rush Street used to be very cool but we don't call it the Viagra Triangle as a compliment...

Basically if you want to get hit on by a bunch of old men who have a lot of money and need medication to get their bits working properly I would hang out on Rush.

If you want to hang out in that area but want some more options maybe hang out at Clark & Division instead which is a strip of bars that runs east towards the lake, and there's lots there for somebody turning 21.

You might want to check out Wicker Park at the intersection of Milwaukee, North & Damen: http://maps.google.com/maps?hl=en&ie=UTF... ...where you'll find a huge butt-load of bars full of guys dressed like Pete Wentz.

There are also a lot of bars near DePaul in Lincoln Park and also along Clark just north of Armitage.  A lot of the bars here are a little fratty, but it's a little more calm than Wicker Park, but the bars are spaced a little more but you should still be able to find at least one on each block.
