  1. fancy, most definitely!!!

  2. taco bell, you spend enough money already. you spend less but eat more. you're probably gonna be hungry after a night of dancing.

  3. You should go fancy...you might have more fun than you expect.  I am a casual kind of person as well but periodically it is so much fun to get dressed up and do the things I do not normally do.  Have fun.

  4. FANCY!! IT'S PROM!!

  5. A lot of it will depend on what sounds good.... I'm an in the middle type of girl. I could do either one, but my date took me to a fancy place. Even though it was fun.... it was crazy expensive, and I felt a little on edge the whole dinner (like am I eating properly, are other people watching and judging me).... my bestfriend's date took her to McDonalds and did a picnic dinner.... he brought a table cloth, flowers, etc.... they even danced there! Too funny... but overall it's up to you and your date. Just be up front with him... if you'll feel more comfortable and would enjoy McDonalds/Taco Bell/Wendy's more, tell him so he doesn't plan reservations at a fancy place! Have a blast =)

  6. Get a group and run for the border! Fancy places never take teenagers seriously when they come in anyway, you'll get bad service and it wont be as fun. Just be sure to save your money and do something cool after with just your date.

  7. it's totally up to you and your date!  What are your likes and dislikes?  what would make a special memory?  There's no rule that says you have to go to a fancy place or that you can't go to taco bell on prom night.  It's all about you!  So whatever you do, make sure it's something you enjoy and make the most of it.

  8. Do what you can afford, within reason. Your dress I'm sure is going to be gorgeous (and expensive) so don't get hotsauce on it! I went to a dine-in restaurant and it was $12 for just me- which isn't bad. If you have a Friendly's or Applebee's or Ground Round- go to a place like that. Or even a hometown diner. Anything that's rememberable and enjoyable on your prom night! Man I miss being a high schooler- not! HAHA actually Prom is the nearest memory to getting out of school! Have fun!

  9. For the record, I love Taco Bell... but prom night is a special night that you'll remember forever!  (Take it from this 37 yr old lady!)  Do you really want to buy that pretty expensive dress and sit in a booth at Taco Bell?  It's a special night.  Go someplace special!

  10. i say go to mcdonalds.  you can make it fancy by bringing some flowers in a vase and some candles to put on the table.  that would make for a pretty sweet mcdonalds prom night.  you'll never forget it thats for sure

  11. You know....it's perfectly cool if you and the date want to dine out all dressed up at Wendy's or cruise into a drive in like Sonic.  But make it a choice you BOTH agree on.

If you two do decide to dine out at a nice place....make it a fun place; most fancy restaurants are too stuff-shirted.

Places that come to mind:  Applebee's, Chilli's and TGI Fridays: these places are fun and don't cost a fortune.

Hard Rock Cafe: Trust me---you'll run into prom classmates here--but the place IS awesomely fun.....a bit on the pricey side, though; so maybe going dutch isn't a bad idea here.

A friend of mine did something cool and original:  Took his prom date on a old fashioned fun picnic---and they both had a blast of a fun time!!

Again, it's what you both decide on---so talk it over and REMEMBER: Keep OFF the alcohol!!

  12. id totally go 2 taco bell. it's fun and cheap. plus, after spending time and money 2 get ready 4 prom, getting away from it all and eating fast food would b kind of 'back 2 reality'. either way, hope u have a great night!

  13. I'll get back to u on that one.

  14. Where ever you and your date/group decide. There is no right or wrong answer just a matter of preference. Most will do a Fancy dinner, but the other way is cheap and stress-less.

  15. it doesnt matter

but prom night is supposed to be special and i would think yo would want to go to somewhere fancier than taco bell.

  16. Well i know a place in my pants... got plenty of man meat similiar to taco bell.... and its fancy high quality..
