Where should I go for my 21st Birthday in Charlotte?

I live in the Concord/Charlotte, NC area. I am having my 21st birthday in a couple of weeks. It is on a Sunday night so there wont be much drinking or partying going on. I just want to have a dinner with friends. Where is a restaurant we can go to where they do something cool for your birthday. Suggestions for other ideas from people outside of NC are welcome also!
