If you wanna buy stuff only in Delhi, the best and cheapest option is on the side streets of CP or Janpath. The women sitting on the sides sell amazing stuff for 100-150 bucks inc. stoles and artificial jewellery...

you can find cheap ones in Paharganj...or for more expensive and better quality you can check Daile hot(something like this)...

But best way is to wait and check the handicraft exhibition which happens in spring and autumn
