Where should I go in Thailand? 10 day stay, starting in Bangkok

Question

My boyfriend, his best friend and I have a trip booked to Thailand from September 1st to 11th, Was thinking 2 days in Bangkok, Few days in Pattaya, Few days in Ko Chang, not really sure after that. I'd appreciate any suggestions and advice, cheers

10 days not along time  3  days in bangkok you should do the river kwai floting markets, and the tigers in one day, it is along day, but it great i just booked my my own driver, bangkok river trip, grand palace ,& khoa san road  then down to hua hin two days , then down to

  kho samui, would not worry about pattaya

uhm, u know.Bkk is the big city, last time i went to Bkk n spent almost 1 week in BKK.. it's cool.. u can go to Chiangmai although.. it's cool highland. but u can go to Koh Tao, Ko Phi Phi coz Chiangmai is in the Northen of Thailand.. u can go to Sukhothai for 1 or 2 day 2,it's history place... beautiful n not so far from BKK. 4 or 5 hours by bus.. have fun( Ayuthaya is one of gud choice)

if you want to visit a nice beach, I'd recommend Koh Samui. It is one of the diver's haven. The warm, tropical waters and beautiful coral reefs off the island make it perfect for scuba diving. Go on the full day speedboat trip to Koh Ang Thong Marine Park. I enjoyed snorkeling, kayaking and trekking to emerald lake (amazing!). Ang Thong was the place that inspired the film "The Beach" and is paradise on earth.

The location was perfect with all shopping, bars and restaurants at your doorstep, and provided a tranquil and dreamy escape from the day-to-day world. It is also set on a more beautiful stretch of beach. The rooms themselves were large, stylish, clean and had all the special touches. The resort is well maintained, is filled with beautiful greenery, little bridges and a creek running thru it. We found that the staff were always friendly and attentive. The breakfasts were also sensational. Have a nice trip.
