It is my first time visiting my cousins in the UK and so I know nothing about the place. How is the weather like? I am going in August and coming back in November. Are there any cool places to visit? I am going all over the UK, my cousins all live far from each other so I get to go to a lot of different places.

  1. Well first we are just over floods in Northern Ireland so don't expect the weather to be good. But if you are coming over to the UK, come over to Northern Ireland. It is a brilliant place. Belfast is a city to be seen.

  2. Ok,

There are loads of great places to go in the UK. I'm living in the UK so i know where they all are!!!! : ]

You probably have already decided on going to London and that's a good choice. London is tourist heaven and has loads of attractions such as the london eye, madam Tussuad's and the london dungeons not to mention all the shops!

Another place i would recommend is cornwall !!!!!

If you love the beach, the surf and the sun, this is the place to go.

Research it on google and find yourself some nice beaches and towns there. ( I recommend Rock or Bude ! )

Here are some other places around the UK that are good to visit:

Devon, Blackpool , Leeds , Deal and Sandwich.

Don't forget to ask your cousins too because they will know lots too!!

  3. Hi...Glastonbury is a nice place to visit....Wells is the smallest city in the UK....Whiteladies road, the clifton triangle, and park street in bristol are great for night life.   the Dorset and Devon coast line are known as the jurrasic coast, and contain many fossils.

  4. First of all the weather here has been hourendous all summer  Hopefuly it will change .London is a nice place to visit ,but it is a very busy place .If you are after scenery go to Wales its beautuful.Happy holidays

  5. Definitely go to London

  7. you dont want to come anywhere near the UK i live in the UK and its horrible!murders and death everywhere ! its not nice  weathers always c**p its the worst place to be XD

  8. Go and find a sunbed love, its so wet and cold here right now... xx

  9. The weather Is unpredictable. Seriously. We've had hot days in the winter and it's rained all this summer.

The Min temp. We'll usually get around this time is 10 Degrees Celcius. Max is 25 C. [This is england, Ireland should be warmer, and Scotland will be colder]

(Not wanting to put you off)

There are a few good places to go though! Devon and Cornwall are the main places, lots of theme parks, rural areas, seaside towns, stuff like that, and if you want snow, or alot of countryside, go ta' Scotland.

Oh yeah. You just HAVE to go to london for one or two days. There is so much there.

I've never been to wales, or much of Ireland. So I'm clueless as to what goes on there.

  10. Newastle or manchester Both exciting placing with lots to do! Especialy the shops lol

  11. I am sure your cousins will steer you towards the good bits, you will necessarily pass through some rough bits, you may stumble on some wonderful bits.

The important thing is not to behave like a tourist and go to places you would not at home, particularly after dark.

    Have a great time.

PS the weather can be grim, but mostly it is a topic of conversation because it is changeable, rainier to the west, drier to the east.

  12. London, Birmingham, Cotswolds, Cornwall, Liverpool, Manchester, Edinburgh, Cardiff ... anywhere

  13. There are so many great places to visit.

First of course the capital London!

Secondly, my home town Brighton - typical British Seaside town. Great shopping and nightlife, and beautiful!

Thirdly, the wonderful countryside you will find in Snowdonia, Wales.

I could recommend so many places it's crazy....
