Where should I go to celebrate my 40th birthday?

Rome! Honestly it is one of the most beautiful cities on this planet, so many lovely places to eat and wonderful sights to see. You will go for a week and wish you could stay for a month. It is just a wonderful place and you can take things as fast/slow as you want and be a real sight seee or find a nice cafe you like and sit out drinking fantastic Italian coffee all day and people watch! Have a lovely birthday whatever you do though. Xx

If you have never taken a cruise before, why not try one.  They are wonderful and there are so many different destinations you can choose from.  Most cruise ships treat you like royalty.  I think you would enjoy it.

too many smokers, not as romantic as u might think,

except under the Eifiel tower that was pretty cool
