there are many.  may 1 was most recent. but what will more likely impact you will be:

- hours that stores and restaurants are open.  restaurants 11-2 and 7-11.   stores:9-11 maybe, 2-5

- differences for each city, tourist cities have more places open. countryside much less

- wednesday the beach places close, sunday most places closed

- breakfast (petite dejeuner) is pastries and coffee always

etc.

it was lovely though, just took some getting used to.
