I am trying to find a good place for breakfast/brunch in or around South Bank. It will be a Thursday Morning in mid-May. It doesn't have to be cheap, but it shouldn't be over 30 pounds.

Try "Roast" on Borough Market SE1. " 2 course dinner cost around £40 so £30 for breakfast is enough:)
