Where should I host a Real Estate meetup group?

I am involved in a Real Estate meetup group and NLP group and am assisting the host. I am looking for great quiet places to host a small informal meeting with 5-10 people in Mesa, Scottsdale and Tempe. Any good ideas out there?

Check with some of the nicer restaurants in your area.  Many of them have private dining rooms that you can reserve for meetings.  Also, hotels and the nicer motels have meeting rooms such as Holiday Inn, Holiday Inn Express, Comfort Inn, etc.
