I am a young professional, who could move anywhere (I'm single, no kids). I've lived in Dallas, TX almost my entire life. Lately I've been having trouble finding similar people (read: future husband) with my values (I'm liberal and not religious). Where should I move, within the US? I've thought about Portland, but I do like sunny, hotter weather. Florida? Please give me opinions based on places you've lived. Thanks all!

  1. Liberal liberal or Texas liberal.

If you mean Texas liberal, go to Austin.

If you mean liberal liberal, go to Vermont. One of their elected senators to congress is a socialist.

  2. don't move to Colorado, maybe California.

  3. i live between chicago and milwaukee and its like huge suburbs out here. no farms or anything. the race is mixed alot like 55% white 45% other. its very liberal here. and in the summer its probably as hot as dallas is. 80s and 90s and sometimes 100s. but i hate winter here. it gets to be in the negatives in janurary. florida might be the best choice for you if you like year round warm weather.
