Where should a good ER doctor move to in australia/new zeland?

My dad is an ER/Vein doctor. he realy wants to move to a "medicaly deprived" area, but still have it be a nice place. he only wants to move for one year though. he would like to find a city/town similar to sewickley, PA (see bottom; he lived there when he was a kid). i am his daughter, and when he told me we might move i was soo happy!! i imeaditaly started googleing stuff on it haha. so please let me know of good er doc places or even just good places to live. thankss!

  1. there is a chronic  shortage of medical personnel all over Australia of all disciplines, doctors, nurses,  ALL of them :) Any hospital  in this country would grab your dad with both hands but especially the country hospitals.

  3. I'd say Tasmania. It's full of old people that need medical help and the amount of doctors and nurses etc has been getting into crisis levels.
