  1. mouth??

ya know, the normal place, or im guessing a head thermometer works just as well else people wouldnt use them

    =] lol

  2. Hi,Under the tongue is best or under the arm pit.

  3. it isn't very pleasant, but r****m is correct! In other places, as the others say, you aren't allowed to drink before (mouth) or you have to have it very long time in exactly the right spot (armpit) -> r****m is best, you just put it in and one minute later, it's ready...

  4. Oral is the best, but if a person has had something to eat/drink then go for the armpit.

  5. The simple answer & correct is with an oral thermometer under the tongue for a couple of minutes... (a comment up your bum - should only be done with a thermometer with blue marker on the end indicating it is for rectal use & is usually only done to record core body temp in hypothermia & cold stress)... fever scan things across forehead & usually add a degree! under arm pit - axillary - & add a degree. wipe clean before & after use... Also last but not least are the childrens type electronic which go in the ear & they are also good & suitable for adult use... & you thought the answer was simple!

  6. under the tongue but not after drinking hot or cold drinks.
