Where should i add in these new exercises?

I do a workout like this

Mon Chest tris traps

Tues Back biceps shoulders

Wed Legs

Thrus chest tris traps

Fri Back biceps shoulders

Sat rest

Sun rest

rest days i usally do abs and cardio changes i do whenever i have time but i wanna add bent over rows dead lift military press and squats i know squats add for legs but what about dead lift military press and bent over rows i heard these were the best exercises u can do to bulk what days do i put them in and how many sets/reps of each should i do

  1. Your asking a loaded question. First I will outline the basic muscles involved with each movement.

    Bent over rows work you outer and inner back, a bit with your lower back and your biceps and forearms too.

    Dead Lifts: done correctly work everything, but is still mainly considered a back exercise

    Military press: works front deltoids, triceps, and a little upper chest mostly

    Squats: The squats work your lower back and legs.

    Assuming you watch for over training very closely. Bent over rows and dead lifts should be added to your back days. military press  put it with your Tuesday mix. and squats are squats.

    I think if you want to bulk up you need a completely new plan or approach to bodybuilding. Those exercises do help you bulk up, but that is mainly because it recruits a major portion of muscles which in turn makes your body release more growth hormone.
