I do a workout like this Mon Chest tris trapsTues Back biceps shouldersWed Legs Thrus chest tris trapsFri Back biceps shouldersSat restSun restrest days i usally do abs and cardio changes i do whenever i have time but i wanna add bent over rows dead lift military press and squats i know squats add for legs but what about dead lift military press and bent over rows i heard these were the best exercises u can do to bulk what days do i put them in and how many sets/reps of each should i do
