Where should i buy my betta fish?

i am thinking petsmart becoz that is where im getitng all my items

I've bought my 5 betta fish from pet smart. That have so far lived 8 months. When your picking them out, look in there eyes make sure they aren't cloudy. Make sure there body is free from diseases like fin rot. You can ask the pet smart employee to help you pick out a healthy fish. Good Luck

petsmart usually has healthy betas. so does petco and maybe check out a local small buisness store too. they usually have really good stuff.

Petsmart. I buy all of my pets from them and, as of right now, I have a beta fish from them. He's doing very well.

My personal fav is Petland if you have one of those near you.  Petlands are individually owned and franchised so the owners get to pick where they want their fish coming from and consequently have more variety often.  There's one near my house in particular that carries an awesome stock and is where I've aquired all my best bettas including 3 gorgeous CTs, 1 delta tail, and 1 plakat.  In fact, that CT in my av with the beautiful spread came from that store.  Any betta I've aquired from this store has not died thus far but I've suffered 2 losses from Petsmart bettas and 1 from a lfs. I've only bought 1 from a Petco and that was a couple weeks ago so too early to tell.

Petsmart can have decent bettas but I rarely see quality there on the level I like and forget about Walmart, most of those are dieseased and its not a good idea to encourage them to stock more fish.

PetSmart or Petco. I prefer to go to an aquarium specialty store, where you can find rare fish like stingrays and the fish are of better quality, but they tend to be more expensive so a regular pet store works fine

Yes! Totally PetSmart!

My friend bought all her betta fish from there and they we're really nice and they lived really long!

Plus all the items for it are really good!
