Where should i celebrate my 21st birthday in LA?

Im turning 21 in a couple of weeks and i have no idea how to celebrate it because i cant go to Vegas :( please help give me good places and how much would it be p.s im a college student so i cant spend a lot

I dont know what kind of atmosphere youre into but theres the Geisha House in Hollywood. its a cool spot...they have a live dj but no like dance floor just the music and sushi and drinking...or like the person below me said... Saddle Ranch in Universal is cool too.

Head to one of the local/So cal casino's near Palm Springs.. Pechanga has a great club on the top floor and Morongo is just as nice.

Try The Parlor,   it is in La near Santa monic,   its a new trendy hip bar,  youll have a lot of fun there, maybey have a few drinks and then get a taxi to the Key club and see if anything is going on the night of your party...
