Personally I prefer Olive Garden, their chicken alfredo is delicious and the breadsticks, one word...YUM!!!  I have been there multiple times and I've been satisfied every time, plus I've always had leftovers, so there is deffinately plenty of food.

I love them both.  You could decide by the salad.  The big bowl with bread sticks and free refills or the single serving with cheddar biscuits.  At Red Lobster, you have a choice of salad dressings.

Or, do you like the soups at Olive Garden?

Can I go with you?  I have coupons for the Red Lobster.  Sign up for their eclub and you will receive a buy one meal get one free coupon on your birthday.  Mine expires Wednesday.

The Red Lobster has some great fish dishes, too.
