Where should i go for my sweet 16?

my mom said either Colombia( was there 1), ecuador(2x)which i recetly went on March for a week or Orlando Universal Studios(0). if i go to colombia it'll be for a month or a bit more and to Orlando -4 days.

If you go to Latin America for your 16th you'll be able to drink and of course find cheap cocaine.. For my 16th I went to New Orleans in 98 or 99 escorted by my 21yr old brother and a friend of his. Needless to say it was wild, we figured out a system where at night, on Burbon St. my brother would buy me my first drink and then after that, as long as I had the empty or near empty cup I could go back up to one of the walk-up vendors without needing an I.D. and get whatever I wanted.. I was served everywhere except one bar, Pat O'Briens who had the police stationed by the door..

If I had been giving the option of going to central or south America I would have taken it because there's a saying there about "as long as you can reach the bar, or if you can't, as long as your off your mother's t.t' they'll serve you..

I own property in Costa Rica and we get grams of blow/yay/coke for less than $20, I bet in Colombia you can get it for around 10 or 15.. That's where I'd go, s***w uptight florida and ritzy theme parks... Your only young once so I'd say enjoy it while you can!
