The real question is WHEN should you go to brazil. You should go during Carnival. Not only can you see naked ladies on the streets (legally) but you can also meet nice women.

I went in 2003 and met many nice women.  Ipanema is the best!  If you don't want a "WILD" woman, venture out away from the tourist areas.  Women are Brazil's #1 resource.  I'm sure you'll find at least one to suit your needs.
