Where should i go in Prague?

Im going out in september, im 21 and going for 3 ngihts. Wheres the best plaves to go in the day? and best clubs at night? Cheers :)

In Prague itself, there's the castle which is worth the better part of a day to visit. The changing of the guard ceremony is particularly good. While you're in that part of town, go see the Kafka Museum. Then Charles Bridge with all the sculpture, artisans and street performers is worth some time. Take a tour in a horse-drawn fiaker or an old Skoda. There are lots of museums and churches with great art - Our Lady of Tyn in the Old Town Square is particularly good. Enjoy the architecture ranging from the very old to modern - the dancing building is interesting. There's lots of good food which isn't too expensive if you stay away from the tourist places. There's one restaurant where they have a traffic light for the pedestrian access because the stairway down to the river is too narrow for two way foot traffic (very close to the Kafka museum). Wandering around Kampa Island, Wenceslaus Square, and other locations, there are interesting art, photography, and sculpture exhibitions. You can see a performance of Don Giovanni where it debuted and then see it performed as a puppet show. Wander around in the old town streets. Vysehrad Castle is worth the short ride on the metro. The art in the church is good and the cemetary and park are interesting.

If you have time to spend part of a day outside of Prague, you should see Karlstejn Castle - they have the skull of the dragon killed by St George (at least that's what they thought it was) there as well as the Czech crown jewels. Cesky Krumlov is another great day trip from Prague - a wonderful medieval town.

As for clubs, it depends on what you're looking for. There are lots of good places for jazz, but there are also different types of entertainment - particularly around Wenceslaus Square.
