If you ever visit Huntsville, Alabama, I'd HIGHLY reccomend Grille 29. It's amazing. The firecracker shrimp appetizer is definitely awesome, and I even hate seafood! For a chain restaurant, Macaroni Grill is great. For fast food, Chick-Fil-A is always a classic.
