Where should i have this party

Question

where should a 13 year old girl have her birthday

she wants to invite 20-30 people

and have it from 6pm-10pm

no, bowling, ice skating, home parties.

I don't know the area well.. But since its fairly early, have it at a club... Like a dance club or something... This would work better on a weekday like a monday or something, but you can often rent out clubs for a few hours at not-peak time and have them close the club for a private event. I would have LOVED that. Find out where the "cool" places are to go, 5-9 would be better because clubs often open at 9 or 10, and have them serve juice and pop and mocktails from the bar, plates of food.. Have them dress semi-formal.. and otherwise run the club as normal. Pick a smaller bar, maybe somewhere not so busy, as it would be cheaper and easier to have them close for a private event and let minors in, and also they're more lkely to cater to your request. It would have thought that to be the COOLEST THING EVER when I was 13, as its what the older kids are doing.

You could consider something similar, like renting out a hall or room at a YMCA or something, playing popular music, have a dance floor, strobe lights and blacklights (no streamers and baloons.. LAME)... and hire a flair bartender that puts juice/pop etc. in the bottles. Mocktails are pretty much perfect and I think that would be alot more memorable than bowling or skating or going to the zoo or something.

13 is supposed to be the change into adulthood and you want to avoid childish things at ALL POSSIBLE COSTS.
