i advise against a cemetary, there are so many presences there it could get confusing who you talk to.. i have played in a car wash parking lot once in midday.. just keep an open mind. oh and dont say what you think its going to say, cause then thats your mind controlling it and tell your friends the same.

Depends on what you believe.  Supposedly you open some hole to another world by using somewhere.  I suggest not in your bedroom.  It will keep you from sleeping at night if that's the place you played it in.  A cemetery might be a fun place to try it in.

It really doesn't matter where you play with the ouija board.  The ouija board is just a game that you can buy in most toy stores and department stores, a ordinary piece of wood or plastic or cardboard.  It has no supernatural powers.  The people using it make it work.  It plays on your mind and your susceptibilities and beliefs and fears.  It can be scary because the mind is a powerful thing, and can make you believe anything.  Here are a couple of links that discuss ouija boards.
