  1. 5'10 is not to small to play receiver, there are a lot of receivers in pro football and college that are around that height. Although you might be a better fit for corner. If you are good enough to play wide out in CIS then you really don't have to switch to corner your size is not that bad. Although you should be looking to get your weight up a little bit 160 is not that much, but you should be fine

  2. 5'10" is not too short for WR or SB in the CFL, so it certainly won't be in CIS football.  Check out Ben Cahoon (5'9") and several other CFL receivers.

You'll need to pack on about 25 lbs. though, because you can take quite a pounding and you'll need a few extra pounds to help fight for extra yards.  Even at DB/CB/S you'd need to be heavier.  Do you have access to someone who can design a weight gain program for you?

  3. there is a chance, but bulk up,   you need to make up for being slightly shorter by having the size to make your way through the secondary and battle for the ball

  4. How fast are you?  One of the most important assets for a cornerback is speed.  Otherwise, I agree with what everyone else has stated--you'll have trouble playing CIS football at 160 pounds.  You'll probably need to bulk up to 180, at least.
